There was hair in my food and the manager (Mr. Kelly I am not sure of he is actually a manager at all) provided horrible customer service! I purchased a meal in the drive thru and discovered a chunk of hair in the first bite of my taco! I turned my vehicle around and walked to the counter and asked for a manager who was seemingly too busy to assist. This Taco Bell is the worse I’ve ever been too. I JUST left this Taco Bell and arrived at 8:45pm. I hate complaining but Im Hot. 1 I was taking my order and the girl in the window was really nasty and rude. I was placing my order and she kept cutting me off . I then asked her for their new cherry freeze and she told me specifically they were not working so I asked her none of them she said no! Without asking was I finished order she gave me my total. I pulls to the window she never gives me a receipt. Closed the window on me while I was trying to ask her for Diablo sauce. Then I’m pulling out of drive thru I am seeing a dasher coming out with a a Baja Blast freezer after being told they all...
I had the worst experience…..in the drive through I realized that I forgot an item that I meant to order. When I arrived at the window to pay for my food, I told the cashier that I wanted to add something when I female worker yelled out that you cannot add food at the window. After paying for my food, I went inside to order the item I forgot. Everyone working in the store looked at me and left me standing, waiting to order for 10mins and said nothing to me. I had to shout “excuse me” in order to be served. I will never come back to this store.
I wanted to order a Mexican pizza, so I asked for a number 9. I was informed that there were no meal options available for that number. I explained that I had seen it on the menu, which included the Mexican pizza and two taco supermacs. However, I was then told that they don’t actually make Mexican pizza. I couldn’t help but wonder how they could say that when it was listed on their menu and displayed in their windows. I think I’m going to boycott this place again. Book a table now
I have eaten in a couple times but you have to like to eat taco shells because they definitely do not put much meat on any of their sandwiches or products I think it's a really ridiculous how little bit of meat they do put and why why anyone would get them I have no idea . But people seem to like it because there is always a line for the drive-thru and often times it is a long line but they're pretty good they are right fast and they're very friendly.
I am not a taco bell fan cos of my previous experience at one of the stores in baltimore national pike. But I had a very good experience at this particular store by Ms Mayra S. She's one of the best ,The First impression greet and meet with a great smile ,Courteous and very helpful to get the right choice to a kosher customer. and the rest of the staff at this location are very hospitable too.
There were a few basic mods requested to the order (no tomatoes, add lettuce) that were reflected on the receipt that were not met. Furthermore the burritos I did receive were terribly small compared to those you receive from other taco bells in the area.
The staff asks for your order before you reach the window, which makes you feel rushed to decide and leave. The service can be hit or miss; at times the server is decent, but other times you only receive half of what you ordered. Book a table now
I visited this restaurant during regular business hours at 10:30 and approached the window, only to be told, "I'm sorry, we're temporarily closed." What does that even mean? It felt really unprofessional.
