They can put more time into making the food and put more meat in anything they make. A quarter was taller than my crunch warp. My soft shell had just a tiny tiny amount of meat but had a lot of lettuce and cheddar cheese. I'm sorry, I'm in food service, and I get that corporations are all scaling back on what the workers can put on what ever your serving, but we all got to remember that its getting a lot harder to stretch the dollar. When I go out to eat, I shouldn't have to say i want extra this or that and have to pay more money to get what's originally supposed to be on it. I understand being short staffed, having no control over what you can put on as far as amounts, but we as the worker...
Delicious food, clean environment, and friendly staff. My husband and I follow a low-carb diet, and the staff member assisted us in creating a couple of protein bowls. She was incredibly kind and accommodating, even with the restaurant being busy. We required keto options, and she helped us put together an affordable and tasty protein bowl.
Dine in soda machine is always filthy. On at least 4 occasions I've gotten a Mountain Dew Baja Blast and have had black specs floating in it. They give me a new one from the drive thru that is always clean but makes you wonder how many people have drank the black specs. Thank goodness for clear cups and a light colored soda......
Went through the drive through tonight and the person at the window didn't say a single word to me. Not a hello, not my total, not here's your order, or thank you. What kind of customer service is that? Really rude, whoever that young woman was.

Our order was messed up quite badly, and since we live two hours away and didn't open our food until we were on our way home, we didn't want to waste our time dealing with their mistake. It was really disappointing.
The food is consistently excellent. However, it seems like prices are rising and portion sizes are shrinking at every place you visit.
