Why does it take 2 hours to get food here? Its a taco! Went to pick up a mobile order 45 min after it was ordered and then waited another 30 min in the store for them to tell me they already made it. Waited another 15 min for them to make it ?. No matter who is working there that day..nobody cares at all about anything. Here i am again. Qnother half hour for a mobile order which was ordered 40 min ago ?
The Taco Bell here is extremely unprofessional and rude. I have never encountered such terrible service. They frequently make mistakes with orders, have bad attitudes, and even argue with each other in front of customers. This behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful. Questions are left unanswered and the staff seems clueless. They definitely need a new team to enhance their service.
It was 11am and they were closed. The employees were sitting around eating inside and ignoring the line forming at the drive through. Then finally one person opens the window and says to wait 10 minutes. 20 minutes later another person comes to us and other people waiting to tell us that they are still closed. Their opening hours is supposed to be 9am.
The food was fresh and served hot. The only reason I didn't leave a tip is that they informed me they had no coins to provide my change. They should have mentioned this beforehand, especially since there was a line wrapped around the building, leaving no time to read all the signs. The staff were friendly, though. Book a table now
Had the Steak Power Bowl for the first time and it was very delicious. Ordered thru the drive-thru with ease. No issues whatsoever from beginning to end.
Incredible! I was truly impressed by the thoughtfulness that went into preparing my power menu veggie bowl. A touch of flair really makes a difference!
Ordering from the Taco Bell app is very convenient and satisfying! I recently tried the Cheez-It item and it was absolutely delicious!
