My wife went to this Taco Bell location to pick up breakfast for herself and her coworkers. The manager working the drive-thru, an older gentleman, was incredibly rude—he simply asked, "What's your order?" with no greeting or any sense of customer service. After waiting 15 minutes for their food, she decided to drive off, not letting his attitude ruin her morning. However, when they opened their order, everything was wrong. Taco Bell is what you'd expect from Taco Bell. That said, this location consistently delivers good food, which I really appreciate. It's conveniently located just the right distance for a quick stop during my long drives. I wish people would stop questioning why I want less ice in my iced coffee—it's become a bit of a running joke! I've never been inside because the lobby’s been closed for so long, so I just stick to the drive-thru after abandoning mobile orders.
Taco Bell is an excellent choice for larger families, offering efficient service and quick meal preparation. As frequent travelers, we usually face minor challenges at various restaurants, but this location exceeded our expectations. They even accommodated my dietary restrictions by marking my meals on the menu, which made things much easier for me. We were highly satisfied with our experience here!
I will definitely be returning to this restaurant at 8:33. The staff is friendly and efficient. The food is delicious and lives up to the menu descriptions. The place is clean and follows social distancing protocols. They also have an excellent variety of drinks. Plus, there are convenient remote ordering and payment options. Overall, it was an outstanding experience.

Usually, this Taco Bell is the best I've been to, but today was a disappointment. My taco was just a shell and lettuce. Did a blind person make it? Actually, I think they could have done better. How hard is it to put meat, lettuce, and cheese on a taco? I probably had only four strands of cheese. Definitely a ripoff. Also, my tacos were as flat as a pancake.
This Taco Bell in Reno Sparks is the finest in the area. The team at this location expertly folds burritos, making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed. They consistently deliver outstanding customer service, which is always appreciated. Keep up the fantastic work! Their menu is definitely worth exploring.
Drive thru window guy was friendly, 5/5. Swear the food I ate tasted like how canned dog/cat food smells! ???? You have to really hate your job if your willing to buy and bring that into work. Manager please watch your cameras on your workers! I willNEVER be returning.
It was late at night but that is no excuse for what I got. My Taco had a teaspoon of meat three shreds of lettuce and I could not find any cheese. I tried them again and they screwed up my order. Ordered supreme tacos got regular. Won't be back

People working in the back should be mindful of the dining area audience and keep the curse words out of the workplace or at least out of customer earshot. First negative experience I've ever had here.
