Not a huge fan of this location because there are always sketchy people hanging around. I order online for pickup in the drive thru for this reason. Not to mention it is August in AZ and hot as hell. Why offer drive thru pick up if you are going to put a sign up demanding people come inside to get their orders. I understand requiring third party delivery apps to pickup inside but I will not order here again if this is the way you treat people with mobile orders. Someone may do drive thru pickups because they can't get out of the car. Then my order was missing and item, I got no receipt copy and the worst offense of all is making the switch to Pepsi products. Yuck!

My order got messed up, so I called and told them i was missing some items. I was on lunch break from work, so i didn 't have time to go back. I asked for the manager and the girl on the phone said she was the manager. I asked if i could get my money refunded, and she said NO. I would have to speak to her manager. So I asked who her manager was. She said I 'm not allowed to give out that information So i asked her for her name. Again I 'm not allowed to give out that information ....Give me a break.Dont go to this go to Taco Bell.

Not sure where the 5 made up stars are coming from, (maybe the employees are posting 5 stars. The worse service and the worse manager. Ghetto staff unprofessional Manger. My husband went into the with concerns. There were multiple employees yelling at him, they refused to give store location number, and refused to speak in a calm professional manner. Obviously they were not trained to do well in customer service.
I know the locals say 5 stars. Indian School 43rd! Yes, this place was quickly clean friendly dure the checkout was on point with child order! I have lived in the area for 10 years, I've never wanted to get out of my car because it was too many punctlers Now I can say as thank you who ever runs this store!
Most fast food restaurants have the worst customer service and the dirtyest dining area. I was very surprised how friendly everyone was and how clean it was. You have a good crew.
