I came to this Taco Bell location at a previous time and accidentally left my credit card there at the drive thru. The workers held onto my card and had it for me when I called asking about it! The management team was super kind and helpful with myrequest and handled it in a professional manner. I absolutely will choose this location over others in my area for my Taco Bellneeds and will continue to support these workers for their honesty, prompt response, and handling of the situation. It would beso easy for someone to grab that card and potentially use it elsewhere, but Taco Bell on Cedar is incredibly professional and asolid place to dine at!
The customer service at Taco Bell is consistently excellent! The Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Griller burrito for $1 is fantastic—it's not overly stuffed, but for that price, you can't go wrong. The Mini Skillet Bowl with crispy potatoes, egg, and pico de gallo is quite enjoyable; you can add bacon or sausage for just $0.50 more. The Sausage Flatbread Quesadilla with egg and cheese was decent. And wow, you can't beat getting two pieces for just $1!
The staff at this location is the worst you can find on planet earth especially the AJ who calls himself the manager of the store. They will make your order wrong and when you tell them about the wrong order they will be racist, abusive, will not fixtheir mistake, and will threaten to call the police. Avoid this restaurant if you can. They do not give receipt also.
Every time I order taco bell I get cold cheese that was never even melted and items that taste like they were made hours ago. $10 for a meal isn?t cheap and it sucks if I could make it myself I would but unfortunately you can?t just make taco bell athome.. you can but it?s not the same and at 8 months pregnant unsatisfied cravings feel detrimental.. every time.

I had a great experience at Taco Bell in Newark, CA. The service was quick and friendly, and my order was accurate. The restaurant was clean overall. I did notice a small leak from the recent rain on the large window by the entrance, but that didn’t affect my visit. I’m always satisfied when I come to this location. Thank you!
It's kind of shocking how blatant this store is with stealing your money... 3 times I've ordered one of their specialty meals, by mobile app/drive thru and all I got in the bag was a basic crunchy taco, and a bean burrito... I really hate thieves... oh...And ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE TO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT.
Poor customer service. The employee at the drive-thru window was quite rude and didn’t even make eye contact when handing me my food. I definitely do not recommend this location. Visited on 11/10/22 at 10:05 am.
I wouldn't really call that a burrito. It was so flat since there was barely anything inside.
