Worst Taco Bell I've ever been too. First of all- don't offer pick-up in person if you aren't going to provide the service. They ignored me and let me wait outside like an Idiot than got upset when I went to the drive-thru window like HELLO ??? Im waiting. Second of all- All the employees talk **** in Spanish to each other. They will assume you're hispanic and speak to you in spanish instead of English. Lastly The Male Worker who I encountered was nice and tried to help me; but the bigger lady was a **** she kept telling me to wait and was so fuckin rude. I was waiting already for 15 mins and they wanted me to wait longer.
I don't even know why this place is still in business. worst customer service in the world now I understand why they have two stars that he shouldn't have any star at all. very rude everyone who works here doesn't deserve a customer service job or with his employment, earns no job. Went to Taco Bell yesterday for breakfast. First they had no coffee so we ordered sodas to sprites then we ordered two extra tacos the food server was kind of rude with us told us she was done with us when she gave us our order. When we got home sodas we're just seltzer water. And did not get our two taco.
The worst service ever. We waited over an hour in the drive-up lane to get to order. They were out of half of the drinks. I had brought an elderly neighbor because she asked nicely. I told her, Tina, we are never coming here again Just the worst. Never, never, ever go there.
