I am extremely impressed with my experience at this Taco Bell location. If I could, I would give it 10 stars. The lady who took my order and served me, Latoya, was very professional. My order arrived promptly and exactly as I requested. I will definitely be returning here next week. I love Taco Bell, and great service combined with quick delivery makes it even better. This Taco Bell was on point when I visited. The service was quicker and the food was better compared to the one in Morrow, at least around 1 pm on a Tuesday.
Update: I stopped by yesterday for an early dinner around 5 pm. I ordered one of those $2 double beef burritos along with several other items. Everything was excellent, and that burrito should have been called a Quadruple Beef Burrito—it must have weighed nearly a pound. I was completely satisfied with just that $2 burrito. Huge thanks to the chef who made it; that burrito was an absolute blessing.
We arrived at 6:45 p.m. on a Friday night and had quite a complicated order with numerous substitutions for my family. I have to mention that the lady who took our order and served us at the window was incredibly friendly and got everything right on the first try! Our food was ready in just a few minutes after we pulled into the drive-thru, and everything was crispy, fresh, and delicious! This was the best Taco Bell experience we’ve ever had!
I went to try the 7-layer burrito supreme, but they got rid of everything that made it worth the visit. On the bright side, they did bring back the Mexican pizza. I ended up ordering the double gordita deal for $13, but it was disappointing. The service was great, though, and everything else came out nicely. Now, just give me that sugary treat so I can enjoy myself, even if I end up feeling sick later. Lol.

The drive-thru experience is quite frustrating, as it feels like they're playing tricks with the system. When you attempt to place your order, they intentionally ignore you for an extended period. Once you finally reach the window, instead of handing over your food, they give you your drinks and ask you to pull back behind the window. This creates the illusion that you're not waiting as long for your food.
I want to pay homage to this restaurant, not for its service or efficiency, but for their incredible ability to get my order completely wrong. Instead of the two burritos, a Baja Blast, and a cinnamon twist I asked for, I got three tacos and a Diet Baja Blast. I'm honestly impressed that they managed to miss every detail, and for that, I applaud the staff. Bless them!
I tried this place already with my friend and I am obsessed ever since. I like the great vibes and delightful dishes and drinks. Keep it up.
