My chalupa are constantly soggy, I order extra beef and never get anything more than regular. Typical tacobell drive thru greeting is 'hi how are you today? ' The staff is very nice and friendly but you can tell they prioritize socializing and hanging rather than working as if you go inside. There 's only ever one person making food, one person on drive thru and the front register person never does anything bc everyone just uses the kiosks. Probably better off going to a different tbell tbh. This one will disappoint you. IF YOU WANT A MEXICAN PIZZA You MUST order it at the counter inside, no drive thru or kiosk. Also, like everything else, prices have gone up.
I too was told their system was down and can only take app orders or Doordash (on a Sat. 5:30pm) but after reading all the bad reviews I would not trust eating at this taco bell. It seems like the workers just don't care at all and who knows what types of games they play with your food.
Every time I've visited this restaurant during the pandemic, all the staff have been wearing their masks correctly. They are friendly, and my order has been accurate every single time. The food is delicious, and I plan to keep coming back to this location.
If you're looking for a filling meal, definitely go for the spicy double steak grilled cheese burrito. It's a bit on the expensive side, but absolutely delicious. I've also had a great experience with accurate orders at this location.

They never seem to open when they say they will (at 8:00 or 8:30). I really just want a breakfast crunchwrap. However, the food is good when they do actually open.
The food was good and well made. They gave me plenty of sauce and napkins, which is rare now days. The place wasn't busy mid-afternoon so the service was fast.
