Having repeatedly received wrong or incomplete orders, I decided to call the store and make sure we got everything this time. I don’t love ordering delivery, but my time is limited. The unbelievably rude staff repeatedly insisted I’d called a Domino’s (I hadn’t, the phone number came from Taco Bell’s website).Like, I get it. Working at Taco Bell isn’t the best. But treat people with respect, man. We’re just out here trying to eat dinner.
I just had an unpleasant experience with an incredibly rude employee while placing my order. I was charged $12.80 for a chalupa combo that's listed at $7.49. When I asked why there was an extra $5 charge, the employee responded, "I don't know, it's just $12.80. I'm not going to check." This level of rudeness and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I will be reporting this incident to corporate.
She didn't even ask if I wanted sauce, and her demeanor was rude right from the start, especially when I inquired about whether Taco Bell still had raspberry iced tea. Megan L's attitude was concerning—she doesn't seem cut out for a role that involves customer interaction. I believe that courtesy and politeness should be fundamental qualities, especially in the service industry.

Food was okay, the outside of the store was okay could use a little cleaning up.That's a different story when we pulled up to the window they were too busy making fun of people in the Drive-Thru. Having worked in fast food I know it's a thing to do but you should make sure that the people aren't at the window when you're doing it.
No matter how busy this location gets, the service is always attentive. I really appreciate the quality of food they serve here. While we've had a few disappointing tacos now and then, nobody's perfect. Thank you for being a great spot in the neighborhood!
The slowest service I’ve ever experienced at any “fast food” establishment ever anywhere. They would triple profits of they would be able to serve faster. 30 minutes in the line to order on a week night is comical. Shame on me for waiting haha!!
This Taco Bell is excellent! The staff is friendly and the food is well-prepared. However, I did notice that prices are significantly higher compared to other Taco Bells just down the street. Book a table now
It seems like there's new management here because the service is significantly quicker and the customer service is excellent. Other fast food places on 117th should take a cue from them.
