I went to Taco Bell in Aberdeen North Carolina. they charged me a different price than what they told me at the automated window. When I got to the pay window and I questioned them about the price difference, the manager shut the window in my face and threaten to call the police because I was asking about the difference in price she quoted me. 9/16/22 App wasn't working so went inside to order. Had to argue to get the manager to honor the app promotion. Poor customer service and dining room was messy. Once again disappointed at this location. No ice in the beverage machine and my daughter'sorder was wrong. When she told them it did not have the correct ingredients, she was told SHE was wrong. 4/18/21 All threeDoritos Locos tacos broken. I pulled from the drive through to the parking lot to eat. Difficult enough to eat broken tacos, butthen had to do it in the car.
What frustrated me was that she didn’t call me up when our order was ready to inform me of the payment requirement. If she had done that, I would have gladly paid with a card, but by that point, I was already upset. Ultimately, I took my kids and left to find another place to eat. If they only accept card payments, they should have clearly indicated that on the kiosk. It was a frustrating experience with two hungry kids wanting Taco Bell, so I hope other parents can understand my situation. Thank you for reading.
I was quite disappointed with the way the food was served at Taco Bell. Both the management and staff clearly need to improve. I couldn’t even bring myself to eat the meal, and it felt like a complete waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. I hope the higher-ups review the menu and make some changes, as the entire team seems in need of replacement. This was my experience on October 2, 2022, around 9 PM.

The food is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. Taco Bell is my favorite place to dine!
