I recently visited the new Taco Bell in town for the first time, and it was quite an experience. After a long Wednesday when my wife didn't want to cook, I figured ordering online and picking it up at the drive-thru would be easy, just like I used to do in my old town. However, after spending $50, I was disappointed to find that there were no boxes for the party pack or cravings box; everything was just tossed into a bag. Some items were even missing entirely, and what I did receive looked like what you see in the attached picture. You can judge for yourself.
This restaurant is among the best in the area. While it sometimes faces staffing shortages, the staff members are usually very friendly, and the food is fresh and prepared to order. I will choose this place every time, even if it means waiting a little longer for my meal.

Typically, this location excels in service, food quality, and speed. However, today was an exception. The wait time in the drive-thru was longer than usual, and the meat in the tacos wasn't even warm. I hope we don't get sick!

Quick service, accurate order, and friendly staff. I had the cheese, beans, and rice burrito with black beans along with a Cinnabon coffee. The burritos are tasty and a healthier option compared to a beef burger.
You need to hurry and bring back the Mexican pizza that is the bombing gig..lol . You also need to bring them back green onions to put up. That made the food taste good..
