Update: I was here today with a mobile order and paid for double chicken in my bowl, they were out of chicken so I said steak was fine, my bowl looks horrendous and is missing the sauce I paid for. Usually they're pretty good, but lately they've been adding the nacho cheese to the top of the lettuce which is really bizarre and almost ruins the chalupa when you ask for it to be added to the chalupa. When I worked at Taco Bell, the nacho cheese was right next to the meat. Is that no longer the case? Or are they going out of their way to add the nacho cheese to the top of the lettuce. I might try other Taco Bells in the area if this continues. I chose this one over the one in Middleton originally because they did a good job. I've visited this Taco Bell location multiple times, and while there have been occasional errors with my order, the difference here is remarkable. Each time I've addressed an issue in-store, the staff has resolved it without hesitation. The employees are consistently friendly and genuinely care about providing a great customer experience and quality food. Overall, this is an excellent Taco Bell location.
Ordered a beefy melt burrito and a Mexican pizza. I received a burrito supreme and a rancid pizza. The tortilla on the pizza tasted like rancid oil I had to spit it out. I live 30min from this location so it wasn’t worth driving back, just threw it out. Sad no one takes pride in their job or cares if they make people sick. I guess that’s to be expected when eating fast food.

Least favorite taco bell in Madison. Expect to get nothing but tortillas and shells without filling if they even get your order correct. You are better off going to McKee or Whitney Way.
I consistently receive excellent service during lunch hours, which is especially important when my break is short. I always enjoy prompt service and quality food.
The weekday morning crew is typically the best and very attentive. However, the weekend crew can be hit or miss, and their focus isn't always up to par.
