Worst Taco Bell experience ever. Arrived and placed an order using the kiosk for two crispy taco combo meals and two burrito supremes for two people. Sounds simple, right? Especially when there are almost no customers present and you are in a rush toget somewhere. Wait 10 minutes and watch as two large orders placed AFTER mine were handed out. Go up to counter and spend 5minutes trying to get somebody to even acknowledge me along with a new customer trying to order at the counter. Finally after10 minutes they hand me a tray with three tacos, two burrito supremes, and no drink cups and walk away. We stand there tryingto get somebody 's attention and calmly explained that since we ordered two...
I have a go-to comfort food: a 3 crunchy taco supreme meal, a nostalgic favorite from my childhood. The tacos at this restaurant are definitely fresher and better assembled compared to those at El Camino Real. Since it’s situated in a less busy area, there’s usually no wait at the drive-through, particularly in the evenings. It’s also conveniently located near other stores like Kohl’s and Dollar Tree, as well as Kaiser, making it a great stop after a tough doctor’s appointment. The only downside is that the drive-through is oddly positioned in relation to the entrance and exit, and the restaurant itself is tucked away in a slightly awkward corner off Veterans.
This restaurant doesn't quite meet expectations. The food takes a long time to arrive, and there are frequent mistakes with orders. I've visited several other Taco Bell locations nearby, and this one consistently gets it wrong. The staff is fine, but there is definitely room for improvement. It's just a Taco Bell, so don't set your hopes too high. The one positive aspect is the interior, which is decent. It’s generally average and mostly clean, but some tables might be a bit dirty.
There’s always room for improvement, Taco Bell just needs to find it, unfortunately, I’m really disappointed on my incorrect food order, and was charged extra for items missing from my incorrect order, I was not given a receipt from my visit to Taco Bell on 9/5/2023 and will be submitting a dispute at my bank.Parking: Parking is limited due to the underground roadside construction on Walnut St. set for completion in January of 2024.

The food was served cold. I saw an employee take my tacos out of the bag to give to a drive-thru order, so I had to wait five minutes for more rolled tacos to be fried. By that time, my nachos were soggy and my fries were cold. I'm very frustrated with this location.
Taco Bell is fantastic for satisfying fast food cravings. I love it. Orders are always prepared quickly, and the food is served hot every time. The breakfast menu is decent, but the regular menu is definitely the highlight.

Oder food but changed for the sauce extra 30 cents for sauce that should have been free.
