They refused to take my order at the counter and told me that I had to use the kiosk... and that soon there will be no counter. I refused and told her that if that is the only way to order then she can go ahead and do it for me. So she did.Why in the world should I do their job for them (taking my order) and not get paid for it? Not even get a discount for doing their job for them?What has happened to customer service? I am downgrading my review from five stars to one. This time, my order was completely wrong, but that’s not the main issue. When I approached an employee about the mistakes, he was not only rude but also ignored me. The store manager came out of the office and instead of listening to my concerns, he became confrontational and unhelpful. My dinner was completely ruined because of something that was not my fault. Taco Bell needs to enforce stronger customer service policies and ensure that franchisees follow them. I will not be returning to this location. I had planned to place a large breakfast order for my team on Tuesday, August 30, but that is no longer happening.
Today, I grabbed lunch for my wife and myself at this restaurant. The staff member who took my order and assisted me at the window was very friendly and polite, so the service was excellent. However, I am giving two stars because the lack of value in our meals was disappointing. The burritos, Taco Supremes, and nachos with cheese were noticeably lacking in both ingredients and portion size. It seems like they are reducing the portion sizes while maintaining the same prices. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this restaurant. I would prefer to drive to the San Dimas Taco Bell, where I always receive a fair value for my money.
The food was excellent. However, the interior of the restaurant could use some attention. Most of the tables were dirty, and I noticed trash on the floors. I appreciate the option to order at the kiosk. I did find the music playing during my lunch to be excessively loud; it really needs to be turned down. My ears were not happy! Aside from that, my lunch was truly delicious.

On December 23, 2023, we bought family dinner, 6 soft tacos, and 6 crunchy taco total of 12, but they gave us 5 soft and 5 crunchy tacos only, and the cashier name is Heaven at 1:09:40 PM this in not right and we call and we speak to Heaven and told her about and the charge us the whole amount of family dinner prices....
Update as of January 25th: I decided to give them another try. I stood at the registers for 5 minutes before an employee finally acknowledged me, but I was directed to place my order at a kiosk. I waited another 10 minutes for my food, but fortunately, they got my order right this time.
Our order was incorrect, with two out of four combos being wrong. The soda machine was out of syrup for my drink. The service was very slow, as they mentioned a big order ahead of us. It would have been better if they had informed us about the wait time for our food.
HORRIBLE! I just got my order and all the tortillas were stale. Then I ordered Chicken Quesadilla and they gave me a cheese quesadilla. Then I ordered 2 Crunchy Taco Supreme and they gave me 2 a regular tacos. Terrible .

I’m done with Taco Bell. It feels like all they're selling is the shell. I’m really disappointed.
