My 4-year-old loves quesadillas, so I ordered three for him. Unfortunately, when we got home, they were cold and burnt. I wish I could share a picture of them. I also ordered three soft-shell tacos, but the meat was frozen. It's really disappointing. When I called to complain, it felt like they didn't believe me about the food quality. I understand it's fast food, but when you spend your money, you expect it to be at least decent the first time, without having to go through the hassle of proving your point. It's unacceptable! I won’t be returning.
We placed our orders and waited in the lobby for an unusually long time for a fast food restaurant. One of the workers in the back had her hair down, and I hope she wasn't handling any food. Another employee had to remind her to wear a hairnet. I won't be returning to this location.
As for vegetarian options, I haven't tried any yet, but I noticed they are available on the menu.
Very poor service. I ordered two items online, and paid 3.50 to add steak to them. I get to the restaurant and they have no steak. They told me take chicken or beef. Refund was not an option because I ordered online. No concessions were made to offset my overpayment of adding steak. Very unfriendly staff.. find another restaurant to go to..
Poor customer service, rude and extremely unprofessional. Managers won't resolve any issues. Door dashers beware! Horrible repeated issues! Doesn't care about customers at or their orders. Horrible horrible horrible!

I eat breakfast at alot of Taco Bells but their crunch wrap was the best one I ve had so far.And I also thank this Taco Bell for actually by having sweet tea as soon as they opened.Thank you??
The attendee was pleasant but just about all their drinks were out and the freeze machine were down. Lady said it's been a month. Corporate needs to do better.
We placed a late-night order and went to pick it up, but they were out of chalupas! The service was pretty slow, and we ended up waiting just to learn that.
The restaurant was quite busy, and there were some homeless individuals in the lobby. However, the food was fresh, hot, and delicious.

I tried the beef quesarito here which was poorly constructed and not incredibly tasty. I would recommend trying a different location.
