Terrible employees, terrible food. Stale tortillas they try to cover up the stale-ness by cooking them to a damn crisp, potatoes hard as rocks and cold. Young, careless, hateful staff that don't even care to remember what you ordered let alone to put the sauce THEY ASK YOU IF YOU WANT, in the bag. No napkins. No quality. Nothing. I feel like I just paid to get bullied.Everything we ordered with rice had burnt crispy rice. If I chip a tooth there will be problems.
To the manager, I hope you take note of this feedback. When customers arrive to pick up their orders, why does it take three people just to acknowledge my presence, while only one of them actually helps me? It's quite frustrating. Please make sure your team double-checks the orders, as I had to return because I was missing the Chipotle sauce. To make matters worse, when I got home, I discovered that I didn't receive the taco sauce I had requested either.
I waited 20 minutes for a quesadilla, a taco, and a drink. I placed my order at the only working kiosk inside, but I noticed that customers who ordered after me received their food before I did. Furthermore, the soft drinks didn’t taste right, which made the overall experience quite disappointing.
Avoid this place if you're looking for food around 11:30 PM. Their drive-thru won’t take orders unless you placed them online or through DoorDash. I was also asked to circle the drive-thru multiple times because their timer was running out. Absolutely ridiculous. Book a table now
The service was remarkably quick, and the food was consistently high quality and reasonably priced. I was eager to try the new monster taco, but it wasn't on the menu. Instead, I chose the Mexican pizza, and it was amazing!
It's great to see that Taco Bell added pizza to the menu, but it seems to sell out quickly. I'm not sure why they don't keep it available longer. Overall, it's a great place to eat.
There was a homeless person sleeping right at the entrance, with his pants down to his knees, which I had to step over. I would advise against going here.
All the tacos and Mexican pizza were soggy and cold, as if the shells had been soaked in water. Book a table now
