Terrible employees, terrible food. Stale tortillas they try to cover up the stale-ness by cooking them to a damn crisp, potatoes hard as rocks and cold. Young, careless, hateful staff that don't even care to remember what you ordered let alone to put the sauce THEY ASK YOU IF YOU WANT, in the bag. No napkins. No quality. Nothing. I feel like I just paid to get bullied.Everything we ordered with rice had burnt crispy rice. If I chip a tooth there will be problems.
To the manager, I hope you take note of this feedback. When customers arrive to pick up their orders, why does it take three people just to acknowledge my presence, while only one of them actually helps me? It's quite frustrating. Please make sure your team double-checks the orders, as I had to return because I was missing the Chipotle sauce. To make matters worse, when I got home, I discovered that I didn't receive the taco sauce I had requested either.
I waited 20 minutes for a quesadilla, a taco, and a drink. I placed my order at the only working kiosk inside, but I noticed that customers who ordered after me received their food before I did. Furthermore, the soft drinks didn’t taste right, which made the overall experience quite disappointing.
Throughout the restaurant, there were signs advertising the app and offering a free reward for signing up. I went in to claim my free reward, but unfortunately, none of the three employees on duty were familiar with how to use the app. Book a table now
The service was remarkably quick, and the food was consistently high quality and reasonably priced. I was eager to try the new monster taco, but it wasn't on the menu. Instead, I chose the Mexican pizza, and it was amazing!
The food here is really good, but be sure to arrive before 12:10 a.m. Don't rely on their posted hours! Even though they claim to be open until 1 a.m., the staff begins to close up an hour earlier.
There was a homeless person sleeping right at the entrance, with his pants down to his knees, which I had to step over. I would advise against going here.
My drive-thru order was fulfilled perfectly. The food tasted great, although I had to wait a bit longer than usual. Book a table now
