That said, the quality can be inconsistent. There have been times when my order was incorrect or when I didn't receive enough food. Sometimes, they forget the hot sauce, which is a big part of why I come here. There have also been occasions where I've had to wait a long time, and recently there have been instances when I arrived to find the lights off and the restaurant appearing closed. This forced us to go to the parking lot to order through the app and then wait in line again, which is frustrating and diminishes the convenience that draws people in.
Overall, though, it's a decent Taco Bell with good service for a fast-food place.

I can't believe the management at this restaurant hasn't been replaced! The experience here is truly disappointing. The management is very ineffective, and customers have to wait an average of 30 minutes for their orders. I really don't understand how things can be this poorly run.
The experience was quite average. Whenever I requested changes or additions to my order, they often got it wrong. Additionally, I found it uncalled for when the woman at the window mentioned that my card slipped from her hand because Joe Biden is president.

New milford restraunts need to train better. Foods getting worse. Always cold, they throw food in bag upside down food everywhere. Used to be better back in the day. 2 stars rating.
Typical Taco Bell. Clean restaurant. Faster service than other taco bell s, at least whenever I visited, every time the service was good.
