I placed my order through the app and was pleased to be promptly greeted at the speaker. However, upon reaching the pickup window, I ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes without anyone informing me about my food or the reason for the delay. Yes, 20 minutes. The website has incorrect hours listed, and every time we visit, they're out of food. When we attempted to create a new order because everything we initially wanted was sold out, they informed us that they were closing just two minutes later. We drove all that way only to be told they were closed. They should really consider updating their online information and allow customers a moment to choose alternative options since they're often out of food.
I walked in and didn't want to use the kiosk, but I had to wait while four employees stood around chatting. Eventually, a woman came over to take my order. It seems like polite service is a thing of the past. The food was stale, so I ended up throwing it out. What a waste of money! Sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes after placing a mobile order 40 minutes prior to be told they're out of food now and there's nothing they can do for me. How does a place run out of food or have a lack of awareness when supplies are running low? $27 mobile order I'll probably never see a refund for.
Almost every time I visit this restaurant, my order is incorrect. I've started to check my bag before leaving because I often have to go inside to retrieve missing items. It seems like the orders are never double-checked and are prepared in a hurry, even when the place isn't busy. It's quite frustrating.

I swear they got good food, but they always mess up the orders. I just got a taco with tomato’s and sour cream, when I requested both to not be on it. ON TOP OF THAT instead of beef I asked for steak AND THERE WAS NO MEAT IN THE TACO. How do you forget to put any meat?
