This restaurant engages in misleading advertising without any apology. As shown in the attached photo, their sign advertised $1 triple melts. However, the young woman at the counter told me they actually cost $1.49 and that she couldn't honor the sign. Taco Bell is raising prices in various ways while neglecting to update their signage. For example, check if your local Taco Bell still lists bean burritos at $1.29 when they're actually charging $1.49. I spoke with Manager Zack about this issue, but he also refused to honor the advertised price. In the end, I just ordered from the dollar menu because I was hungry.
I recently ordered a burrito with extra sauce and two Baja Blasts without ice. However, my burrito came with no sauce, and the drive-thru attendant filled my drinks mostly with ice—about 75% ice and only 25% beverage. When I politely asked for no ice because I wanted to save one drink for tomorrow, she responded with an attitude. I opted to have only one drink remade and then left. I’m not asking for anything special, just the basic items I ordered.
After a long day at work, I had a serious craving for Taco Bell, so I opted to place my order ahead of time through the app to make sure it would be ready when I arrived. Unfortunately, upon my arrival, my food wasn’t ready, even though I had ordered it 25 minutes prior. In the past, my orders have typically been prepared by the time I got there. Because of this, I recommend being prepared for a short wait of about 5 minutes, just to be safe.
The restaurant closes at 9:45 PM, but this isn't clearly communicated to customers. This is the second time I've waited in line for 30 minutes behind several cars. I saw an employee sitting behind the trash bin and asked if they were still open. He said they were not, which left me confused as to why so many cars were still at the window. The lights were still on.

This is one of the best-managed restaurants I've ever visited. It was spotless, the staff was welcoming, the service was prompt, and the tacos were perfectly sized with all the right ingredients. I've been a fan for years and haven't encountered this level of excellence in a long time. Thank you!
I always have a fantastic experience when these two specific guys are working. It's like they turn the microphone into their stage, and their enthusiastic greetings always bring a big smile to my face! I really appreciate their energy!
The Hot Ranch and Steak Nacho Fries were fantastic! They could use a bit more heat, but overall, I would definitely order them again. I understand that fast food isn’t the healthiest choice, but when I’m hungry, I can’t complain!
The staff was friendly and attentive, but unfortunately, my order was incomplete. Instead of beef, we got bean berries, and the chicken was soft and chewy when I was actually expecting beef.
