I ordered through the mobile app for pick up at the drive through. I arrived and they displayed my order on the screen and asked if it was correct. I said yes. I arrived at the window and sat for a few minutes and they opened the window and asked for $12.69. I explained I ordered via the mobile app and already paid (my order only totaled $6.53). They shut the window and came back a minute later and asked what did I order I told them. Three employees gathered around to discuss shutting the window. They opened it and asked again what did I order. I told them again. A few minutes later they handed out my drink and a bag with food. Poor build on all items. Cheesy gordita crunch felt like barely warm leftovers that were stingy on filling the tortilla. She asked if I wanted any sauce. I said yes a bunch of fire sauce please. She gave me no sauce.
Unreliable hours due to staffing, though the staff on site tends to be friendly and accuracy rate is high on ordering.
If the drive-up window gets any slower, then everyone will need to bring their sleeping bags and overnight bags.
