I let them know my order name and that it was an online order and again with an attitude she said you needa cancel your order When I said seriously? I got noresponse. I was doing GrubHub in my downtime and I waited 45 minutes for three tacos. They close the doors at 6 o?clock. Let people in in front of me the manager cursed me out and kicked me out. Probably one of the worst experiences doing GrubHub I will never orderfrom there again. They were watching me they kept giving me the runaround other people got their orders way after I was therethe drive-through no problem they were helping everyone there. This is your typical Taco Bell, but the service here truly exceeded expectations! The staff at the checkout were exceptionally polite and helpful, and the food was served promptly with great care for quality. I've never had someone at a Taco Bell check in with us about how our meal was and wish us a good day as we left. The soda fountain was clean and stocked with what seemed like fresh, vibrant flavors, and the entire venue was spotless and well-organized. Overall, it was a surprisingly excellent experience at this Taco Bell!
Came at 8pm on a Saturday night and the doors were locked. There were employees working but they closed off the lobby early for some reason. The drive-thru line was therefore backed up and it took an extra 15 minutes just to get two items worth less than$4. The last time I was here everything seemed fine, and that was no more than a month and a half ago. Idk what happened herebetween. now and then. Food tasted good though.

I come here for the pizza when I’m craving a late-night snack, especially since everything else seems to be closed. They stay open until around 3:00 AM, which is ideal. I usually order the paprika or bacon cheeseburger pizza. Since there are no Pizza Huts in Philly, finding this place feels like a real treat! I sometimes grab the Fiesta potatoes from the Taco Bell side too—they're delicious!
What an absolute disgrace. There was less than a pinch of ground beef in the Crunchwrap supremes! Literal waste of money and deserve a refund
The soft taco was cold to the touch, and the shell was mushy. I would not recommend getting food from this Taco Bell.
My order was completely wrong; I received nothing but the chips, and I couldn't even get the cheese.
