I don 't think I have ever waited an hour and 20 minutes for Taco Bell. Nor, have I ever had the manager (old white guy with a beer gut, horrible attitude as well) lie to my face and say the order has been canceled , when 15 minutes prior, they tell us it 's almost up? I quite literally had to put up a stink because they weren 't going to refund us, but they also didn 't want to remake the order at first. You might wanna remove the “fast food” label. I’m generally quite forgiving, especially when it comes to fast food, but this is probably the slowest branch ever, even when it’s quiet and no one else is in the drive thru. Half of the time the food isn’t wrapped properly, and the portions are inconsistent. The staff is nice, but the rest is not.
My husband went inside Taco Bell in Granite Bay, CA to place an order. He waited without receiving any eye contact from the staff, and others who came in also weren't served. Frustrated, we left and went to the Loomis location, where the menu was welcoming and the service was pleasant.
Spent nearly 20 bucks on food here. Asked for extra fire sauce. They told me that they can only give out 1 sauce packet per item ordered. Are you kidding? This place is so poorly managed, can someone please call corporate on this location? They are honestly the worst I have ever seen.

This is definitely not fast food. It took over 25 minutes to receive my meal, even though there wasn't anyone else in the restaurant. I don't understand how a business can afford to operate with such slow service from their staff. It's unfortunate.
I'm a vegetarian and they have a few items that fit my needs their customer service at the window was pretty good I recommend this Taco Bell it's a lot better than the last
They tell you to park every time and wait for them to bring out your food at the drive thru even when there's no other cars!
It's Taco Bell. The food is tasty and served quickly, though it’s not authentic. Still, it’s good, fast, and affordable.
