I usually don't write negative reviews because I’ve worked in customer service for many years and know how tough it can be. However, today at Taco Bell, the cashier named Sophia told me, "I can't help you, can you do your order on the electronic machine?" Honestly, I’m not great with those machines. What bothered me most was that she just stood there doing her own thing and didn’t offer any assistance. It felt really rude. If she had been busy, I might have understood, but she wasn’t. Imagine someone like my dad, who is a senior and doesn't know how to use these machines, coming here and not being helped. i had no issue while visiting this taco bell for lunch. there was plenty of parking as it is located in a shopping center. the drive thru was empty and so was the parking lot so i chose to go inside and sit down instead. i had previously placed my order on the app so when i walked in it was ready. the burritos both tasted fresh and were pretty filled up. the gentleman behind the counter was really not caring about his customer service but that was fine as the food quality made up for it.
I wouldn’t recommend this place. I was the only customer in line, yet my nacho fries were completely cold, even though I live just 10 minutes away. On top of that, an item was missing from my deluxe cravings box. When I called the manager, he hung up on me. When I called back, he blamed the cold and missing food on being busy, despite the fact that I was the only person there. He also lied, saying he had just arrived, even though he was the one who handed me my food at the drive-thru.
love Taco Bell food, but this is my least favorite because of the lack of fast service. When i arrived no cashier is there, i have to ask several times to get a person to take my order. Not friendly . maybe they were having a bad day, i do not know, but please try to approach the customer to take their order faster. thank you

The morning staff here are truly exceptional. The lettuce was crisp and fresh, and everything was served promptly and tasted amazing. I was particularly impressed with the gentleman at the front and in the drive-thru.
The drive-thru employee was very friendly and processed the order quickly. The food arrived warm and was accurate. Overall, I was genuinely satisfied with the service.
The staff was attentive and the wait time was reasonable. The food was outstanding, and the service was highly commendable.
Someone spit in my taco, disgusting!!! I will never go back to that horrible place! Hope they go out of business!!

I was really looking forward to the nacho fries, but for most of our time there, it felt like we were at Del Taco.
Worst service , creepy vibes all around and food taste terrible. Do not come to this location or order from here.
