I'm a big fan of certain items at Taco Bell, but I need to express my disappointment with the customer service we experienced at this location. I was really craving the chipotle chicken while we were on our way back from the hospital, and my husband decided to stop here. The manager on duty was rather eccentric and served us something that bore no resemblance to chipotle chicken. When we pointed this out, instead of addressing the issue, she started to call us out. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Taco Bell. When I entered to pick up my order, the staff completely ignored me for several minutes until I started calling out to get their attention. The tortilla shell was so soggy that I couldn't lift the food without it falling apart. There were no sauces available, and when I requested some, the employee made it seem like it was a huge hassle. How can you remove the hot sauce display and then get upset when customers ask for sauces? Additionally, the Baja Blast was unavailable, so I tried to get water, but the dispenser provided pink water that tasted terrible. On April 17, 2022, a Taco Bell employee did not give me my complete order after I paid. I only received a third of my meal. When I returned to the drive-thru and informed the associate, he was inconsiderate and did not apologize for the mistake. Eventually, he gave me the full order. That day, I was dealing with low blood sugar, and I believe fast food restaurants like Taco Bell should be more mindful of customers' potential medical needs when preparing orders from their menu.
I ordered the Mexican Pizza Meal, but both soft tacos came without sour cream, and one taco had all the lettuce and cheese stuck to the outside of the shell. While I waited more than ten minutes to pick up my mobile order, the staff at the front counter and drive-thru were busy joking around with each other. Book a table now
The beefy five-layer burrito we received was essentially split into two halves: one half contained beans and sour cream, while the other was loaded with meat and cheese. It took 23 minutes for our order to be ready, despite there being only one other customer in the restaurant and no cars in the drive-thru.
This was one of my worst experiences at Taco Bell in more than 20 years. Three out of the four items I ordered were prepared incorrectly, and the chips arrived upside down, spilling all over the bag. Due to dietary restrictions, I had to discard one item, and I only ate the rest because I was very hungry.
I just ordered two chipotle burritos and was disappointed to find only four small pieces of chicken in them, along with way too much lettuce. I was really looking forward to this meal since I haven't had it in a while, but it didn't meet my expectations. The one located off Harbor is much better.
I ordered the new strawberry cream drink, but the staff gave me the frozen strawberry freeze instead. When I pointed out the mistake, she argued with me. Oh my god, that Toasted Cheddar Chalupa is absolutely amazing! It’s a regular soft and chewy Chalupa, but with a cheesy, crunchy exterior. I didn’t used to visit Taco Bell often, but now I’m definitely going!
