I went there tonight and ordered a lot of food for the family, got home and discovered that they missed the three mini quesadillas for the kids, put lettuce on the food that I asked for NO lettuce THREE times and I specifically asked for a LOT of sauce and got none, plus no straws in the bag! They were goofing off at the window, forgot half of my food, put lettuce on my food, forgot the straws and the sauce! WTF taco bell! The best part is that I went a couple nights ago and you guys forgot my quesadilla and put lettuce on my food which is why I was so specific this time!!! Never going to this Taco Bell ever again! I realize this is a fast-food restaurant, but the food quality and prices are really frustrating! You never get what you pay for. I waited at the drive-thru for 10 minutes explaining what I wanted in my Crunchwrap. Not only was there an extra charge, but when I got home, I was so annoyed that I considered driving back to express my feelings. Each Crunchwrap cost me over $10, and I bought four! What kind of people work there? I’ve also noticed that some of the staff seem to be under the influence while on the job, which doesn’t help.
This place has gotten better lately. I stopped coming for awhile because the service was horrible. It's a lot better and it seems like they care now. I got the spicy triple crunch wrap because I saw on TV a few minutes ago and for one reason or another just had to try it. I'm not disappointed as it was pretty good but not remotely spicy. I didn't know they had a new hot sauce called Diablo which I was pumped to try as with a name like that it has to be hot, yeah not so much although it is hotter than the Fire sauce.
The smell inside the restaurant was unpleasant, even from our car, and the food tasted off—mostly just sour cream. To be fair, she did say "Have a good night" at the end, but it felt more like a reflex than genuine kindness. Honestly, I don't think she should be working in customer service. While I've had decent experiences at this location before, it's clear that some employees aren't up to standard. It's not surprising, considering many of them appear to be under the influence while on the job. Book a table now
food good, customer service was terrible and unprofessional. they was no signage indicating that they only did kiosk orders and not one person informed us as we stood waiting for service for 10 minutes. they proceeded to get our order wrong TWICE at first giving us the wrong one then giving ours to someone else. staff was unprofessional and refused to help customers, they just stood laughing and socialising together. it took almost 30 minutes for us to get our food.
Usually this Taco Bell is completely fine. Although I wanted to try Taco Bell breakfast. They stop serving it at 11:00 am, and when I went there at 9:20 am. They told me they weren't open yet. So when am I supposed to get breakfast? Also 9:20 is 20 minutes after google says they are scheduled to open. Not to rag on this T Bell too much, I just want to try the breakfast that they advertise.
When all else fails, there's always Taco Bell. This location did a great job on preparing my food and guess what? When I got back to my hotel and looked in my bag I actually got everything I ordered. I don't normally try and eat fast food but I'm on travel and most everything was closed. Thanks

Drive thru guy was so rude. Definitely does NOT belong in a job dealing with customer service. I'll never go back.
