Good evening. I visited Taco Bell tonight and ordered through the drive-thru, but unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with an employee named Hailey P., as shown on my receipt. Her rude and unprofessional behavior, including sharp remarks, was completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend that Taco Bell management address this issue by emphasizing the importance of good customer service to her. If the goal was to discourage customers, then sadly, Hailey succeeded. I had a disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. When I walked in to pick up my online order, I noticed a young female employee yelling at a male coworker while children were present. She even threw a drink on the floor and expected him to clean it up. I waited for 15 minutes without anyone asking if I needed help. After the girl finally mopped up her mess, I mentioned that I was there for my order, but I was ignored for another 20 minutes. Eventually, an older female employee approached me to ask why I was there. I explained again that I was waiting for my order. In total, I ended up waiting 50 minutes to receive my food, and all the commotion made the experience even worse.
I went yesterday to grab a quick lunch, but to my surprise, they were closed for maintenance again. Why do they keep closing in the middle of the day? With the lunch rush, it's important for the business, so they should at least put up a larger sign to notify everyone. This is the third time in three months!
This Taco Bell often has slow service. Unfortunately, they were out of the drink I wanted, causing me to wait in the drive-thru behind another car for 10 minutes only to leave without my order. This has happened to me twice now.

I was using the free Wi-Fi at the restaurant when I attempted to visit an NRA webpage, but a message popped up saying that the site had been blocked by the administrator. I haven’t returned since that incident.
I visited during the peak dining hours, and the service was exceptional. I didn't have to wait at all, and my food order was taken swiftly and correctly. This place is definitely a winner. Great job, Taco Bell!
The restaurant was consistently dirty. There was litter on the floor and food smeared on the tables. I won't be coming back for another meal.
