I walked in with a cane, I asked if I could Dine in and was told carryout only. As I'm waiting for my order to be taken, I was told to order on the kiosk. After I ordered I didn't get receipt from the kiosk,so I asked for one. The person who told me to order on the kiosk had a attitude,the Manger had a attitude coming out asking like I was supposed to change my mind, who need a receipt??? When I reached the window, I saw that the person in the kitchen was also not wearing a mask. The staff at the checkout, who I assume were managers, had their masks below their noses. I decided to cancel my order because I was uncomfortable with the kitchen staff not wearing masks, especially given the risks associated with the new COVID variants that spread more easily. It's completely unacceptable for food preparers to not follow safety protocols.
My experience was okay, but the food was at least what you would expect. The problem is driving with the parking thru. It's a mess. There are holes that swallow your car if you are not careful and the construction comes has become a regular mount. The only reason I didn't give less start was because I don't think this is really Taco Bell's fault. But the experience guaranteed less than 3 stars.
I really enjoy Taco Bell, but this location has been disappointing. Both times I visited, my food looked messy and unappetizing. It seems unprofessional when the meal presentation is lacking. I recommend checking your order before leaving; if it doesn't meet your expectations, don’t hesitate to ask for it to be remade.

Ordered on the app and had another person pick up my sealed order. 17 items were ordered only received 10. Out of the 10 items received the only things that were correct were the drinks. Called the store only to be rudely told to go through the app andrequest a refund. Horrible experience.
Overall, everything was enjoyable, but I was disappointed with the portion of cheese for my nacho fries. The container wasn't even filled halfway.
The food was good but the Customer service could have been better. We went thru the drive thru and the way the drive thru is set up is too much
This is the best Taco Bell in USA. It is the truth. I've been in a lot of them but this one is just awesome! The stuff is ALWAYS friendly.
