Honestly, the employees felt like the only customer in the place. They joked with me and let me laugh and I didn't feel hurried. I didn't feel they were upset with my presence and that's the feeling that you get most of the Fast Food Drive thrus. I didn't know how it was that I wanted to command, so I described it and the man who took my order helped me find out what it means that I wanted. Man and woman in the Drive-thru on 3/30/2018 at 11:10 am were both WONDERFUL. I don't know how much they do, but they deserve an increase! Taco Bell should be grateful that 2 such big company representatives!
I went through the ride two nights ago. Cars were about 5 deep, 10:30 at night after my sons baseball game. I didn't mind waiting for my food. Sometimes the line can go slowly, but everything is always fresh and my order is always correct. The manager forced my food because he believed it took too long. I can never wait, because if they run behind, they are always apologetic and polite. Great deal! I am always happy with the service provided.
