We really enjoy Taco Bell for late-night snacks, but unfortunately, this was the worst service we've ever experienced. We ordered one item and never received any response. We couldn't complete our order at the drive-thru, so we had to roll down the window and place the rest of our order in person. We waited for several minutes without hearing anything through the speaker. I've never encountered this level of service at a fast-food restaurant before.
I don't often visit Taco Bell, but I needed a quick meal and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the floors, tables, and even the restroom. I want to take a moment to thank the staff, who were also friendly and helpful! I tried a Dorito Taco Supreme, and the tomatoes were a vibrant red (ripe, not pale like at some other taco places), and the sour cream was fresh. I'm really glad I decided to stop by here—kudos to the staff!
This Taco Bell is the best in the area! Ivan, the cashier, was extremely friendly, and the food was served hot and delicious. He definitely deserves a promotion! The restaurant was also very clean and modern.
