The management at this restaurant consistently fails to keep items in stock, which is very frustrating. It's a basic expectation for a restaurant to maintain their supplies and ensure their staff is attentive to customer requests, especially when it comes to the sauces ordered. Unfortunately, I've had several experiences where my requests were misunderstood — for example, hot sauce is not the same as fire sauce. It seems like the staff struggles with simple instructions, which is disappointing, especially when they expect to maximize profits.

Well, once again, after a very expensive trip to this location for dinner for my parents, we were given sloppy food that was half empty. Bare minimum meat, sauce, cheese and lettuce, after specifically mentioning that the items we received the previous time were the same way. Tried calling several times, but of course got no answer. This used to be our go to location, but apparently the increase in menu prices also came with a decrease in their customer service. As someone who works in the food beverage industry, I understand that there are errors some times, but we're all just getting ripped off at this point, especially when they simply refuse to answer and attempt to correct the error.
This Taco Bell can take a long time at the drive-thru. I understand it gets busy, but I timed my visit when there were only three cars ahead of me and it took 20 minutes just to place my order, not to mention waiting for my food. I really love Taco Bell and the variety they offer, but this location definitely needs to improve their time management. Sorry!
The food was disgusting the tacos look like they were thrown in the box Then you try to call the store. The line is busy. They're purposely putting their phone off the hook, so you can't talk to them. And I also tested it. I called 3 other taco Bells their phone's rang. Worst taco bell

The employees frequently lock the doors, and today at 2:10 PM, the doors were already shut. I can't help but wonder if the owners are aware of how their business is being managed. I do not recommend visiting this place; it seems like they aren't interested in serving customers.
Easily the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had. Cold food, chalupa falling apart, crunch wrap was soaked in sauce and only had meat nothing else, no sour cream or cheese sauce that we paid for, and a 15+ minute wait. Atrocious. I’m BEGGING you to get better staff.
If I could give zero stars I would. Lazy that’s all I have to say. What do the workers even do ? They have a robot taking the orders now, so if someone can explain to me what they do in there making 16-20 an hour I’d appreciate it. Price per person: $20–30
Took FOREVER to get my order. Nothing was right, wasn't that fresh. I'll be avoiding that location.
