I ordered Mexican Pizza an nacho bellgrande, an had 3 workers sitting in eating area being all loud an cursing, the other girl doing drive thru was working but checking her phone none stop, an the person let's say (Big Person making my food was really slow wasn't wearing gloves an my service was really terrible, food was disgusting an taking 18 minutes to get my food is plan crazy, this place is no place close to being a clean sanitized place to eat or have food made. Health inspectors needs to stop in. Don't eat at this place
The worst service ever! I was greeted and seated, but then when I started ordering my food, I was told there would be a 15-20 minute wait for Taco Bell. I suggested ordering from KFC instead, but was informed that there would be a 20 minute wait there as well. I wish I had been told about the long wait times before I began ordering.
This restaurant has drastically declined in quality. I enjoy having a taco occasionally, but when I opened the regular taco, the bottom fell out. I specifically requested no nacho cheese on the burrito, yet it was filled to the brim with it. This visit will be my last.
I was not impressed with my experience at this restaurant. We ordered tacos through the drive-thru and found that they had very little filling and were poorly wrapped, causing crumbs to get all over my car. We were expecting better from a fast-food establishment.

The staff at this restaurant are always welcoming, but this Taco Bell location does not offer the expected menu items. It lacks Cinnabon delights, crunchanadas, and often does not have essential ingredients like meat.
Over the past 4 months or so there has been drastic improvement to this location. A lot of new staff, probably new management. Definitely improved
Steam machine wasn't working so I was limited on food selections. Couldn't get what I wanted.
