I visit this restaurant every week and usually order something very straightforward: soft tacos with just sour cream. However, during my last three visits, my simple order has been completely messed up. The first two times, I received tacos loaded with everything except what I requested. Then on my third visit, my tacos arrived without sour cream and without lettuce to top it off. When I tried to address the issue, the staff was incredibly rude. I believe it’s time for me to find a different Taco Bell that values its customers and pays attention to their orders instead of joking around on their headsets. Good food, great costumer service . Time wise they tell you to hold on instead of taking your order as soon as you get in. They are way too slow and on top of everything made me pull took 10 more mins and got the order wrong. Also the tacos had a lot of sour cream not a normal amount literally! I’m upsetting because I like taco bell.
The team working the first shift at this Taco Bell location truly deserves recognition. Breakfast and lunch service until around 11 or 11:30 is consistently excellent, with top-notch service. After that, it’s a different story. Big shoutout to the first shift here—they’re real professionals.
Store is dirty, sticky soda on the floor and counters, workers hiding from customers to not work and can hear them giggling in the back, food is nasty beyond recognition and customer service is horrible, im not usually a review person but the manager has to clean this place up and hire new

The staff was friendly, but I had to return twice because I didn't notice they had forgotten two items from my order until I had already left. However, the food was good and it didn't take too long to prepare.
I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a chicken chalupa but only received the chicken quesadilla. I paid for both, but since I'm already at work, I can't go back to resolve it.
