Taco Bell - Table reservation

I went to the drive-thru for a late lunch and ordered the 5-layer burrito. The burrito had a good amount of filling, but it was all in the middle, making it difficult to take a bite of the end while wrapped. I had to use a fork, which I didn't have at the time. Next time, I will remember to ask for one. The flavor was bland, but I assumed that was because of the ingredients. I added some spicy sauce to give it more flavor. Overall, the drive-thru was efficient and the staff was friendly. The store area looked clean.

The server who attended to us at the restaurant was overwhelmed, as they were the only person taking orders at the drive-through and preparing the food at the same time. It was clear that the server, Brandon, was doing their best under the circumstances. It's unfortunate that many individuals are receiving government assistance for not being employed, while hardworking individuals like Brandon are juggling multiple tasks to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

I was just outside of Taco Bell and called to ask if they were open. They said yes, so I drove through the drive-thru. However, when I arrived, they told me they were actually closed. The employees working here were rude.
