The restaurant frequently fails to open on time and sometimes doesn’t even take orders during their advertised hours. I arrived at 8:55 AM and waited in the parking lot until 9:05 AM. When I went to the drive-thru, I was ignored for five minutes. I then pulled up to the window and was made to wait an additional two minutes, only to be told to come back in 30 minutes because they weren’t ready yet. This is incredibly poor business practice—they should have been prepared before 9 AM.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to poor service. After waiting at the counter for 10 minutes, hoping someone would take my order, a fellow customer had to inform me that I needed to order at a kiosk. To make matters worse, the person preparing the food walked past me three times without saying a word. Overall, it was a frustrating encounter with bad customer service.
The food at Taco Bell is standard, as they prepare it the same way everywhere. However, the staff at this location weren't very friendly; there were no smiles or welcoming vibes. I encountered two people asking for money on my way in to order. I would recommend trying a different Taco Bell, as there are plenty of options available.
I stopped here for a quick bite before heading back out to the street. The food was good, and the service was fast and friendly. I also want to mention that this was the cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve been to in a long time—both the bathroom and behind the counter were spotless. I was really impressed! Book a table now
THE WORST Taco Bell EVER! They don?t pay attention to any of customizations! 4th time ordering the avocado ranch crispy chicken tacos yet EVERY single time, they give me Chipotlé instead of the ranch tacos! Then they are rude when it comes to THEIR messup! Unprofessional overall!
Worst place I have ever visited. If I can put negative rating I will do the same. Didn?t have my food right even after I informed her to make sure it?s right. When I called the manager to complain about it, he hung up on my face. That?s pathetic.I?ll never visit this again. EVER
