We've experienced minor issues almost every time we've visited, and tonight was no different. After placing our order, paying for it, and receiving it—allegedly completed by 12:01, according to the Taco Bell app—we found the drive-thru blocked off and the lobby closed and dark. The staff inside seemed to be ignoring anyone waiting outside. It's now 12:35, and the store is supposed to be open until 1. When we called, we were told they couldn't find our order. So, where did our money and confirmation go? We double-checked the address, and it clearly shows we are at the correct location.

Long line in the drive-thru. We were patient. We get up to the order board. Sat there for over 10 minutes and no one responded. My wife got out of the car and walks up to the window. The person says that they 're closed. It was an hour and a half beforethey were scheduled to close and they literally did not communicate anything while we sat there. There was no indication thatthey decided to close early. They could have at least said hey we 're short staffed and we 're closing early . But nothing.Extremely unprofessional. Don 't go here if it 's late at night and you 're hungry.
Today, the restaurant's lobby was closed because of staffing shortages. I noticed a 12-year-old arriving on his bike, and he looked really disappointed when he realized he couldn't go inside or use the drive-thru. It was disheartening for me as well, so I chose not to use the drive-thru either, considering that kid couldn’t get any food. It was truly a sad situation. Usually, their food is quite good when you order at the counter.
The food was old and unappetizing, and there were no sauces, forks, or napkins available. The potatoes were dry and tough, the beans were terrible, and the burrito was mostly just onions with barely any filling. We ended up still feeling hungry because we couldn't even finish half of our meal. Book a table now
I swear that must cook everything either early am or the day before I've only gone twice, but they were the absolute 2 worst meals I've had from T.B. in 30 plus years. Maybe they could mix it up a little try serving something fresh hot or if theygot 1-2 even that would be great.
It's Taco Bell. The food is okay, but the service is very slow. I spent almost 45 minutes in the drive-thru, and I've heard of others waiting up to 2 hours recently. Clearly, there's a staffing issue that needs to be resolved. I’ll update my review if the situation improves.
The tacos were wet and cold, and the chalupa lacked any real flavor. On the bright side, the Bean Burrito was outstanding, and the Baja Blast Freeze was definitely the best part of my entire meal!
Friendly, fast service. Somewhat frustrating exiting the parking lot as it is a busy street. My order was correct. Book a table now
The watermelon drinks were disappointing! They had a chalky flavor and left an unpleasant aftertaste.
Great food I have been going to this location for years. They do not disappoint!
