Visited the drive thru the other night. As always the staff were very friendly and helpful. Part of the order was incorrectly processed but they were excellent about fixing it quickly and making it right! However, the food itself was not very tasty this time around. Even more concerning was the appearance. It all looked like leftovers' from someone elses' meals, smaller portions, messy, greasy and quite unappetizing. These pictures are accurately portraying how our food looked, straight out of the bag. We have especially never seen the nacho cheese in that ridiculous of a state. It was literally less than half full. I believe this was the first time I ever had to actually eat a crunchy taco...
It was pretty good. they forgot to give me a burrito, and I had to go in and ask for one. they were really nice and gave it to me.
Our food was good but the service is very slow (bc they were super packed)
Food was hot and made fresh. Team members were friendly and helpful.
