I have visited this Taco Bell several times over the past couple of years, hoping to see some improvement, but I’ve ultimately decided not to return. The service is consistently slow, the staff seems indifferent and poorly trained, and the food is frequently incorrect. Ingredients are often missing or wrong in the orders. For example, my wife received a taco salad without a shell and with ranch dressing—definitely not a taco salad. I ended up with a quesadilla instead of a quesarito, and on a previous visit, my quesarito was missing cheese. These errors occur almost every time I go there. It’s surprising to me that this Taco Bell is still in business.
I ordered chips with cheese and requested an extra side of cheese, but not even one side was provided, and the chips were stale. I also ordered a bean burrito with extra red sauce, but it arrived without onions and no red sauce at all. Additionally, I ordered a cheesy Gordita Crunch, but received a taco with a tortilla that was completely detached due to the absence of cheese. This is probably the tenth time my order has been completely messed up at this location, and it’s always the evening shift. I keep coming back out of convenience, but it’s becoming frustrating.
I'm specifically reviewing the nacho fries at this restaurant. Unfortunately, they were stale, cold, and unappealing. I used to enjoy them a lot, but now they are a major letdown. I couldn't even finish my order. The staff are always friendly, but the quality of the nacho fries has really gone down. I used to love them and would eat them daily when they were on the menu, but now I'm no longer impressed and no longer crave them because of their poor quality.
The drive-thru line was extremely long, so I decided to go inside despite the rain. I waited at the front counter for about three minutes before someone finally asked if I was waiting for my order. I told her that I hadn't been assisted yet. She then asked if I knew how to use a kiosk and walked away. It took another five minutes before I finally got my order. So much for fast food!

I just wanted to highlight how fantastic Stephanie is! Every time I visit, she goes above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. Thank you to everyone!
Besides the fact that it took me almost 20 minutes with the drive-through line at 11 at night they also forgot multiple items from my order, if you want to get the food that you ordered or get it quickly do not go to the Taco Bell
The service was slow, and our meal had missing items. Fortunately, we noticed before leaving. I tried fries at Taco Bell for the first time and wouldn't recommend them. Paying nearly $2 for an almost empty pack is not worth it.
The service at Taco Bell was disappointing. I went there today to place an order, only to find the store was closed. They should update their operating hours on the app to avoid inconveniencing customers.

The taco bell crew 7:14, on July 14th literally deserve raises. They were all so nice and friendly and super fast, while keeping the food fresh! Literally so rare for a taco bell. Lol
I’m disappointed that we ordered nacho fries but received regular French fries instead.
