I was out for a walk with a friend on a particularly hot day, and we decided to stop by Subway for some water and to use the restroom. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the restroom was only available to paying customers. We were disappointed with how Subway handled the situation, so we made our way to a nearby Taco Bell. When I asked to use their bathroom, they kindly allowed us to do so. I also requested water, but instead, the lovely woman at the counter offered us mango slushes, noticing how tired we looked from the heat. She truly deserves a raise—she was amazing!
The service at this Taco Bell is consistently excellent. The food is usually prepared just as I ask, and the drive-thru staff are friendly and accommodating, especially when I have special requests. I don't often go inside the restaurant, but on the few occasions that I have, it has been relatively clean. My only concern is with the restrooms; you have to use a token to access them, and they could use a good cleaning and mirrors above the sinks. Other than that, this Taco Bell is a great place to eat.
I ordered a deluxe cravings box with an extra side of cheese and a slushie, and I specifically requested Diablo sauce. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive my cheese or the right slushie, so I had to ask them to remake it. To make matters worse, they gave me mild sauce instead of what I had asked for. I'm not angry, just disappointed, especially since I repeated my requests three times.
The service was outstanding, and the food was served hot and packed with flavor! However, I noticed several homeless individuals outside, one of whom approached my car in the drive-thru asking for money. Because of this, I would likely avoid visiting the place at night.

They forgot to include the chalupas in the box deals we ordered. Fortunately, since we dined in, they were able to give them to me when I asked. I remember when the box deal was just $5; now it’s $10, which doesn't feel like such a great deal anymore.
Have not been there in awhile. Got our order wrong, but they fixed it. Crunchy tacos and Burrito Supreme's have shrunk. Tasted the same though and their prices seemed fair.
It's conveniently situated next to a library, a post office, and a gas station, making it easy for me to handle everything I needed without traveling far.
There's a new manager, and she is very pleasant and approachable! It's wonderful to finally have someone who provides excellent customer service!
