Our experience at the restaurant was dreadful. The staff member argued with us when we tried to place our order, resulting in 90% of our dishes being incorrect. We asked for items to be clearly labeled, but they were not. Additionally, the credit card machine was broken when we requested extra sauce, so they hired someone to come in and fix it, causing a delay in our meal. We ordered friesco style, but they did not understand that meant no jalapeno sauce or milk.
I ordered a Cantina Chicken Taco, which is what I had been craving. However, when I got back to work to eat my dinner, I received a Cantina Chicken Quesadilla instead, which was not what I ordered or wanted. I tried calling the restaurant 8 times but never got an answer. It was very disappointing because I did not order a quesadilla. Unfortunately, I was charged for the wrong item, which was a waste of money and food.
I visited this restaurant on a day when there were issues with the drive-thru headset and the card reader, but the staff handled the situation very well. Despite some frustrated customers leaving in a huff, the workers remained friendly and polite, with smiles on their faces. The food was delicious as always, and the Baja sauce is definitely unforgettable.
sometimes there are fights outside the causal of high school children or arguments that they will come a security guard and there are homeless who for money other things like eating the homeless sometimes even come, but others then that really good tacobell and good prices if u wana money would save I would recommend happy hour Book a table now
I am continuously disappointed with this Taco Bell location as they frequently forget items or give me the wrong items. Despite the convenience of its proximity to my house, I do not visit Taco Bell often and it is frustrating to consistently experience these errors.
The prices at this restaurant are high, and if you don't request extra beans in the bean burritos, they will give you very little. I always ask for extra beans, but it ends up costing more!
