I ordered online from home and then drove to the restaurant, but I still had to wait for my food. It looked like they were preparing it as I arrived. The staff was polite and apologized for the delay. I'm not complaining, though, because the food was hot, and most importantly, everything was included!"

I ordered a simple Nachos Bell Grande, and despite there being no orders ahead of mine and five employees standing around without doing much, it took fifteen minutes for someone to prepare it. They weren’t even attending to the drive-thru, which had been closed for the night; I was informed that they stopped taking drive-thru orders after 9:00 p.m., so we had to come inside. It’s strange because they claimed the restaurant was open until 1 a.m., but the door indicated otherwise. To make matters worse, a Taco Bell employee from another location called me a "nappy-headed ho." Seriously?! I will be contacting corporate regarding this location. It was truly unbelievable.
