I came with 2 staff in Taco Cabana... We were the only 3 customers in the restaurant. There was no greeting from the employee who worked the counter... almost a battle of will who would say hello, me or her.... Well, it was me. A simple hi how many I would help you today would have been enough... the spice bar was empty as if we were in the middle of COVID... If you wanted Salsa or Pico, you had to ask the cashier and she would get it behind the counter. We received numbered order cards and we sat at a table through a window. When our food was ready, our numbers were called and we had to come to the counter to get our food.... when we were the only ones in the restaurant, it was too much eff...
Taco Cabana was a huge disappointment. The customer service is terrible—several employees were just standing around doing nothing when we arrived. I waited about 10 minutes at the counter before someone finally took our order. It took nearly 30 minutes to receive a fajita bowl and a 6-count of flautas. The chips were stale, the salsa was watery, and the food arrived cold. We weren’t the only frustrated customers; many were complaining while employees were openly talking negatively about them. If I could, I would give this Taco Cabana location a zero. The menu looked promising, but the experience did not meet expectations at all.
No, we need this one to be better. Hopefully it was a bad timing situation, but that doesn't make up the lack of quality. We simply ordered fajita steak soft taco things with cheese and acid cream on one, and only sour cream on the other. They put us in order for barely sour cream and barely cheese. We ordered a total of four. 2 of any kind. We could barely eat them. Spent at $20, but didn't get $10 in my opinion. Maybe we have been pampered in the last few years (everyone. That was sad. We found uneaten taco things later hidden from the eyes out of the mind.
It was not even 8 and the kitchen was broken down and no salsa bar. I had to stick my head around to let staff know I was there. Out of the staff of 3 the gal making my order was the only nice one. I felt like apologizing for breaking up the party by placing an order. I felt like they were 10 minutes from closing and was wondering what the attitudes were about. Tortillas were good.

I've never had a good experience at this restaurant. I waited forever before anyone noticed me to pick up my mobile order, and when it finally came, it was wrong. I didn't order a salad with my guacamole and two sides of salsa, but that's exactly what I received—a salad, a small portion of guacamole, and no salsa.
The Fajita Egg Taco Combo at She's K was somewhat bland, but a little salt and pepper did the trick to enhance the flavor. The standout for me was definitely the delicious Mexican rice—I can't get enough of it!
I received my order of three chicken flautas and sopaipillas, and they arrived hot. The flautas had a wonderful crispy texture. The best part was that it was all very affordably priced.
