The customer service at this location needs improvement. I visited during a quiet time—there was only one other customer present, and the drive-thru seemed empty. When I approached the counter, no one was there. I waited for a bit and even greeted the staff twice, but received no response. I could hear some rustling sounds from the office to my right, indicating someone was there. Eventually, an employee wearing a drive-thru headset came out, acknowledged me with a brief "hi," and then went back into the office to chat with someone. Well let's see...I usually can't stop to eat here bc they don't take either Google/Apple Pay. Today however, I actually had my credit card/debit card and so I pulled in excited to have taco cabana breakfast tacos for a change of pace. I had a feeling she is breakfast combo and an extra order of tortillas. From within my order the only thing that was actually warm was the order of tortillas everything else was not just cold as in lukewarm. It was all COLD..,actually still cold as in possibly still from the freezer/fridge. And they've overcharged me toBoot. Argh...
I don't leave reviews for anything really but I was just really impressed by this Taco Cabana! Hahaha. I ordered a breakfast burrito and their tortilla came out so freakin good. Whoever made it knows how to make it. Warm and slightly crispy outside. Mybf's order came out wrong and they apologized and fixed it right away. I went to their bathroom and I actually felt comfortablebeing there! Pleasant. Shout out to the owner/framchisee/manager who manages this place ????

I don't know if I've just outgrown it, but I used to kind of like Taco Cabana. After having it recently, I don't think I'll be going back. Like if you're hungry and nothing else is available, it's not going to be bad, but I can't think of a single reason to want to go there.
