A delightful find, the owners of Taco del Paco have put a lot of thought into the dining experience they have created. A beautiful, refined menu using high quality local ingredients along with considerate service and a warm welcome. Diego and Boris helped us understand the menu and were very attentive to our needs. The scallops and the speciality beef ribs we chose on our first visit were exceptional. And the Turrón Cheesecake was so very delicious we returned for a second time to enjoy another slice with a coffee. I can’t recommend this place enough. From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch and the atmosphere was spot on. The food, however, was the real star—everything was incredibly fresh, authentic, and packed with flavor. If you’re looking for a flawless Mexican dining experience, this is it.
