The customer service at the Hapeville location is terrible. The staff is rude, does not fully execute orders, and is unwilling to provide extra items without charging extra. I ordered 2 burritos, one with specific instructions, but when I received my food, it was not prepared correctly. The staff was unhelpful and unapologetic, even going as far as yelling at me for requesting an additional sauce. Even after all the trouble, the burritos were not labeled correctly and contained ingredients I did not ask for, which could have been a serious issue for someone with allergies. Overall, the experience was disappointing and I would not recommend this restaurant.
The food at Taco Pete Bistro might be great, but we'll never know because the owners are completely unreasonable. We offered to cater a film shoot for Claudia, providing meals for 14 workers after a long 13-hour day. Despite our promise to deliver and set everything up, on the day of the shoot, the owner's husband demanded immediate payment and questioned our intentions. He refused to deliver the food unless we paid upfront and picked it up ourselves. Their chaotic and hostile behavior led us to take our business elsewhere. It's best to avoid the hassle and go with professional, reliable caterers, as this restaurant falls short.
This small restaurant is easy to miss. It sits across from the Best Western hotel's front entrance. It features a full bar and menu. There are not many outlets, but I found one at the end of the bar. They offer complimentary WiFi courtesy Best Western. The food is amazing!! Their chunky guacamole is flavorful and authentic. Pricing is reasonable and the bartender was very friendly and alert. It's a very small place, but it's tasty and I highly recommend it.
Customer service was amazing. My Hubby and I ordered a lot of food and the young lady was exceptionally patient and understanding with us. She even tried to help us save a few dollars on our order. This was my first time eating their food and I have to say these Steak Tacos regular pommes are my favorite. I'll go again. We took our food.

Your soft tacos are my way! Hard tacos are bombs, but my family and I are going for the walks. The tacos are real and they fill you out. You have a few places and the staff is very friendly and make you feel at home while you eat with them. The Tacos look illuminated, but they are real HEAVY! My favorite teco connection in ATL.
The best tacos I ever had the wings;and yea make sure Pete cooking the wings because he cooked them with his soul.And K at the bar making them awesome drinks;this place is definitely a 5Star Bistro.thanks for the great service???
I don't recommend this place to NOONE, the customer service is negative 10, the food prices are too high over priced.
