I am a Taco Bell girl through and through. Authentic Mexican food is alright, but I usually prefer the fast food version. Or at least it was that way, until I met Tienda Mexica. Like any good romance, I found myself craving more time with the dishes here, have introduced Tienda to my family, and think about it at night. I am particularly in love with the chicken burrito. I am lactose intolerant and need to avoid cheese as much as possible. The burrito doesn’t even need it. It is curvy, thick, and delicious. The only thing I could possibly be disappointed in is the fact that I hadn’t tried Tienda Mexicana sooner. The flavor of their food is what makes it so authentic. They also have a large selection of salsas, sauces and other grocery staples. Everyone was friendly, and I felt comfortable practicing speaking Spanish even though I am not a native speaker. The tacos were tasty but, after ordering 13 with cheese, chips, salsa, sour cream and pico (all small by the way) and having to spend $52??? I think i'm good on them moving forward. Today I went and asked for extra onion cilantro on my tacos. The way I was nickel and dimed was insane.
Menudo, burritos, tacos, the sauce are completely Mexican flavored and there is also a store next door with all the brands from Mexico, regular price and the flavor is delicious.

Great ! Came here 4 or 5 times and were very impressed with the food and the very friendly staff. You can tell when a place has a good vibe, and this place definitely does!
I've been eating lunch for a couple of weeks in this place, and tried different dishes. They are all very delicious. Service is very good and quick, and the price is right.
This place is small but packs a big punch!! The cakes are delicious! And they are so affordable We bought almost 1 of everything and can't wait to go back!
There shredded chicken is amazing. It's packed everytime I go. Their menu is small but they know what they are good at.
