Tacos El Paraiso - Table reservation

This place is an absolute find. Tucked back in a strip mall in a Brooklyn Park I wasn't sure what to expect after chasing Mexican all over the Twin Cities.Great staff and helpful for people who may be newer to the best cuisine. I always judge a place by asada street tacos, a bean and cheese burrito (evaluating beans and tortillas and add chips salsa and guacamole to finish the test.Here I added sopes a thick corn tortilla boat with meat and beans topped with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, cojita cheese and the topped with your preference salsa.I added an sad taco and carnitas tacos and the meal was fantastic. This taco truck has delicious food! The tacos, burritos, elote, quesadillas and rice and beans are all so yummy! I'm sure everything on the menu is great! I usually call ahead and pick up our food. The staff is always so nice and friendly! I wish I lived closer!

Honestly the best tacos I’ve ever had. I live within walking distance and would get something from this truck every day if I could lol the people that run this truck are wonderful and very kind, they work hard and fast. It’s great!

Burritos are out of this word good,wow! Great staff and clean place. I eat a lot of Mexican cuisine and this place is up there with the best in the city
