I can't help but gush about this hidden gem we discovered during our trip ! We were so impressed that we stopped by twice during our journey. This Mexican restaurant has completely won us over with its exceptional food, warm ambiance, and impeccable service, the cleanliness of the place was remarkable . The portions of the dishes are incredibly generous, ensuring you get your money's worth. But it's the taste that truly sets this place apart. The Menudo is an absolute must try. Its rich flavors and comforting warmth left our taste buds dancing with delight. And if you're a fan of Birria, you're in for a treat! The Birria here is nothing short of explosive with flavor; it's simply amazing !ho...

Found this place on Yelp with 4.5 stars, so I had to check it out. Got there late and there were just the owner's family, the couple came out of the kitchen to greet with a huge smile. The interior was clean and inviting.Btw, come earlier. They run out of all the soups, would've loved to try their menudo.Once seated, we were served our drinks, chips and salsa. They even dressed up the salsa with fresh diced tomato and cilantro, unlike more places just serve plain. Then came the fajitas and taco. The fajitas smelled amazing! It was a huge portion, I left with stuff and happy.Forgot to mention the cucumber juice. It was very flavorful, a must order.

We were in the mood for Mexican breakfast. It is a family run business and the owners were very warm and welcoming. We ordered their green chilaquiles, with and egg and upon my request, side of ham. It was very delicious and would visit again if I'm ever by Lindsey again.

I drive through Lindsey occasionally. It 's great to find a go to spot while on the road. The food is great. The owner is gracious and accommodating. It 's evident puts his corazón into his family and business.
