I’ve lived in Paramount my entire life and have always enjoyed the food here, but today will be my last visit. I’m so disappointed. I ordered a wet red burrito and when I got home, it was just covered in salsa de tomate. I called the restaurant, and they told me that's how they prepare it, but that’s not how I know wet burritos to be! They offered to switch it for a green one, but I’m not a fan of green wet burritos. I couldn’t even get a refund. I came specifically for that wet burrito, and now I'm left really frustrated.
I absolutely used to love coming here. All I ever get is the carnitas nachos. When I got them yesterday it was odd. There weren 't enough chips to actually eat them as nachos, the carnitas was EXTREMELY fatty and the parts that weren 't fatty were big and tough. I also have video of a worm that crawled out of my takeout container onto my bed. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
I really enjoy their tortas, quesadillas, and the agua de piña, which is incredibly delicious. However, the woman at the drive-thru always has a terrible attitude and recently forgot to include the tacos I ordered. This has happened twice now with her as the cashier. The other young ladies who work there are much nicer.
I went in for a breakfast burrito. All it had was beans and eggs, nothing else, well I decided to eat it it gave me a bad stomach for 2 days, I'm not sure what the deal was here but definitely will not be returning for breakfast here that's forsure, as far for the rest or the menu it's ok..Food: 1/5

I understand that drive-thrus can make mistakes with orders, but not only did they fail to address the issue or reimburse the customer, but an employee also responded disrespectfully while being unable to perform their job. That is truly astonishing.
This is hands down the best burrito place I've ever been to. Plus, they have unlimited salsa available at the counter. I absolutely love coming here, and I make it a point to stop by whenever I'm in town.
Great simple breakfast burrito and tacos. Shame i have to give it a 1 star for service but there is a young woman at the window sometimes with an awful attitude and customer service.Food: 5/5

Got a burrito and 2 tacos de asada an horchata after school. Food was good and the eating area isn’t bad at all for it being outdoors. But the cashier had an attitude. lol
