Our first time eating since the pub changed hands a few weeks ago and we were very pleased with our evening. The pub is very clean, warm and welcoming. We were welcomed and served by the new owners and were made to feel at home straightaway. Our meal was delicious we both had steak and it was very good with home made chips, mushrooms, tomato, onion rings and salad. No room for dessert as the portion size was just right. Happily would recommend the pub for very reasonable prices, good food and a good atmosphere :
Enjoyed a stunning 3 course Sunday lunch today, from the homemade chutney with the pate to the flavoursome roast, everything hot and the choice of veg was spot on, tasted so good, must have been all the butter and ending with a an extremely generous portion of cheesecake, which was delish. All served by our wonderful host, Gwilym. Diolch, be back soon
Called in here today for Sunday lunch. It was absolutely delicious. The portions were huge with a fantastic choice of vegetables. Followed nicely by delicious cheesecake and my husband had apple pie and custard. Price was very reasonable too. Will definitely be returning.
The accommodation and rooms are lovely, but be aware that there is no WiFi available. I would have enjoyed dining in the pub, but unfortunately it was permanently closed. Overall, not a place I would choose to stay at again compared to my last visit.

Taken by Friends for a treat, and a treat it was! The food ,from a very good Menu,was presented in tremendous fashion,served by a most excellent host,top quality,generous portions,all round it was delightful.Would highly recommend a visit
Booked for my daughter and I. Turned up a week early doh! The staff were brilliant! They found us a replacement hotel (they were full) and the locals offered us beds if we couldn’t find anywhere!!! Diolch pawn!!!

We visited recently and were met with a very warm welcome and cosy atmosphere. The food was delicious especially the homemade Baileys cheesecake. Would definitely recommend.
